Army Reserve SPC Paul Eugene Andersen, 49, South Bend, Indiana.

  Died on Oct 1, 2009 in Iraq from wounds suffered when enemy forces attacked  Camp Liberty using indirect fire.

 

  He was a member of the 855th Quartermaster Company, South Bend, Indiana.
