United States Air Force Technical Sergeant Ryan A. Balmer, 33, of Mishawaka, Indiana.
Died in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom on June 5 when his vehicle was struck by an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) near Kirkuk AB, Iraq.
He was assigned to Detachment 113, 1st Field Investigations Region, Hill AFB, Utah.
